7 Days Return Warranty
We always take pride in our product quality and our strict quality control. In order to provide you with maximum peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive 7 Days Return Warranty. Defective merchandises are subject to refund within 7 days after delivery, these defective problems are including but not limited to stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, very poor quality materials, obvious color difference, and the major difference between the photographed product and the actual product you have received.
I Return Process
To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process:
- Please inform us your order number, describe the issue of the product and provide us pictures that can display the problem.
- Once we have received your complaint emails in our customer service's inbox, we will reply you in 24 hours.
- Please do not return your products directly to the address on the package that you have received. The return address that provided by our customer service is available only! Any return or exchange will be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.
- Please advise us the return tracking number after you return items or we can not do the refund or reshipment.
II Return Policy
- You can return items within 7 days after delivery. We have a friendly customer service, we are always here to serve you. All you need is to contact us, and describe the problem or the return reason along with your order number in your emails.
- The product you want to send back should be in same condition as once it sent out and it should not be worn out or washed and the label should be attached.
- We are responsible or partially responsible for all the following defective items within 7 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, poor quality materials, obvious color difference, and major difference between the photographed product and the product that you have received.
- Do not accept any complaints and indemnities due to the wrong size by personal reason.
- We can allow the return once we have received all information in point. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
- No exchange or return on promotional items.
- Customers should cover shipping fee .
- Please use post office to ship items back.
III Exchange& Refund
You are guaranteed of returning the item(s) and obtaining a refund once we received your returned items. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice.
Ⅳ Shipping Fee
Jenyshop is not liable for problems under the following:
Size doesn't fit.
Customer‘s subjective factors and just dislikes the item.
If the return is acused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
