Exchange: 14 days from delivery date in new condition with no visible wear. Buyer has to pay for the return shipping if not covered by our warranty against manufacturer defects and the exchange is not due to our error. Please do not return the returned goods to the original address. After our customer service has checked your return request, you will receive the return address in your email.Wenn Sie aus irgendeinem Grund mit der Bestellung, die Sie erhalten, nicht zufrieden sind, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte.

PLEASE NOTE: This warranty only covers manufacturing defects, it does not include:

  1. Damage from accident
  2. Improper care
  3. Normal wear and tear
  4. Degradation of colors and materials through exposure to sunlight

Returns/exchanges of products in contact with water will not be accepted.

If you feel that the product you purchased does not meet the original requirements, you have the option to request a refund.

You can get a refund if:

  • You are not satisfied with your order: You bought your Jenyshop products in the last 14 days and would like to return them. We will process the refund as soon as possible after we receive the items from you
  • The product you purchased is completely non-functional
  • You have not received your product within 60 business days or 90 business days (South America).

Please note that refunds can take 3-5 business days to get back into your account.

Please submit a ticket in our Support Center.

Customers will not be charged more than once for shipping costs (this includes return shipping). There is no stock to pay to consumers for returning the product.
